This probably makes me some kind of supergeek, but a new game from Uncle Milton, called Star Wars Force Trainer uses your brain waves to move a ball. It comes out in July and I want one! It doesn't seem to be much of a game, but it's cool. Kind of reminds me when I did biofeedback for my migraines only cooler. Check it out:
